TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: 19/01/2026

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase of products from us. By placing an order through our Squarespace online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. About Us

We are a UK-based business selling inflatable mirror balls produced to order and supplied to customers in the United Kingdom and Europe (the "Products"). References to "we", "us" or "our" are to the seller operating this website. References to "you" or "your" are to the customer.

2. Eligibility and Ordering

2.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors occur or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

2.3 Once an order is placed and confirmed, it constitutes an offer to purchase the Products in accordance with these Terms. A contract is formed only once we have accepted your order and issued an order confirmation.

2.4 Checkout Acknowledgment (Squarespace-Compatible)
Because Squarespace checkout does not always support custom mandatory checkboxes, agreement to these Terms is formed by completion of the checkout process.

By clicking "Pay Now", "Place Order", or completing checkout on this website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All Products are made to order and production begins shortly after purchase;

  • Cancellations and returns are limited due to the made-to-order nature of the Products;

  • Any damage or loss believed to have occurred during delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt; and

  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, including the Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

This acknowledgment is incorporated into the contract between you and us at the point of checkout.

3. Made-to-Order Products

3.1 All inflatable mirror balls are produced to order. This means that each item is manufactured specifically for you after your order is placed.

3.2 Production typically takes 5–7 business days, although this is an estimate and may vary due to demand, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control.

3.3 Because the Products are made to order, they are not held in stock and cannot be resold easily.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are shown in [GBP/EUR – specify] and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Delivery charges are displayed separately during the checkout process.

4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available on our Squarespace checkout.

4.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. Delivery

5.1 We deliver to addresses in the UK and selected European countries.

5.2 Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processes, courier issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

5.3 You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

5.4 Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

6. International Orders and Customs

6.1 Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

6.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

7. Cancellation and Consumer Rights

7.1 UK and EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have certain rights under consumer protection laws.

7.2 Made-to-Order Exception

Because our Products are made to order, the statutory 14-day right to cancel does not apply once production has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU regulations.

7.3 If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing it. If production has not yet started, we may be able to cancel the order at our discretion.

8. Returns and Refunds (Returns Policy)

8.1 No Returns Policy
Because all Products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or any other non-fault-related reason.

8.2 Damage Reporting Window
Any damage or loss that is believed to have occurred during shipping must be reported to us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Reports made outside this window may not be accepted.

8.3 Damaged or Faulty Products
If your Product arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within the damage reporting window, providing clear photographs, packaging images, and a description of the issue.

8.4 We will investigate all reported damage or defects as a form of support. Where, in our reasonable assessment, the Product is confirmed to be faulty prior to dispatch, we will offer a replacement Product at no additional cost.

8.5 Courier Responsibility and Transit Damage
Once the Product has been handed over to the courier; delivery is carried out by a third party beyond our direct control.

While we remain responsible for ensuring that Products are appropriately packaged and dispatched in good condition, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused solely by the courier’s handling during transit.

If damage or loss occurs during delivery, we will provide reasonable assistance to support any investigation or claim with the courier. However, where the courier is deemed responsible, any compensation or recovery must be pursued with the courier, and we do not guarantee reimbursement beyond any remedy required by applicable consumer law.

8.6 We reserve the right to refuse a replacement where:

  • Damage is caused by misuse, improper installation, over-inflation, or failure to follow instructions;

  • The Product has been altered or repaired by a third party; or

  • Notification is received outside the stated timeframe.

9. Product Use and Safety

9.1 Our inflatable mirror balls are intended for decorative and display purposes unless otherwise stated.

9.2 You are responsible for ensuring that the Products are used safely, correctly inflated, and installed in accordance with any instructions provided.

9.3 We accept no liability for damage or injury caused by misuse, improper installation, over-inflation, or failure to follow care instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.2 Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses;

  • Loss of profit, business, or opportunity; or

  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10.3 Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant Product.
