  • Yes, these can be used time and time again. These can last for year with the correct handling and storage.

  • To inflate and deflate the Mirror Balls you just need an electric inflation pump. These can be brought from our extra’s page. Ensure you have the correct nozzle which looks like a key, this is provided with all electric inflation pump purchases.

  • Once fully inflated, the Mirror Balls will be firm to the touch but still have flexibility. DO NOT over inflate the Mirror Ball as this will cause the seems to full apart and split. Once properly inflated all the creases, should not be sown. If you still notice some creases across the Mirror Ball. Allow it to settle for 15 minutes and top up the air with a small amount. It is important to keep checking the Mirror Ball to ensure it is not being over inflated.

  • Yes they are very easy to stack and connect together. All Mirror Balls come pre-fitted with d-rings, so these can be connected together using ties. We also recommend using a double sided tape to help stabilize.

  • This is due to air escaping between the inner and outer material. Allow the air to escape, then top up the Mirror Ball using the inflation fan and valve.

  • Our Mirror Balls come with a two way valve that can be closed to create a high pressure one way valve. We recommend having the valve closed pre-inflation so when you take nozzle out, the valve will seal.

You can also slightly push the inflation nozzle into the valve to top up air without fully opening the valve, so no air can escape. This is only recommended for the final top up of air and not main inflation.

  • This could be for a couple of reasons.

    • The valve has not sealed properly which may just need adjusting.

    • The valve itself needs tightening. We include the wrench for this with all orders. Put the wrench into the top of the valve. Ensure it is properly slotted in and turn clockwise to tighten the valve.

    • If this deflated over a day later, it may be due to temperature change, causing the air inside the Mirror Ball to contract and causing the material to crease. This will just need topping up with air again.

    • Damage to seems. In the case where damage has been caused to the seem or inner bladder, please contact our team and we can advise.

  • Once deflated, we recommend folding the Mirror Ball as small as possible, and closing the valve so it can not re-inflate. Wrap the Mirror Ball in a shrink wrap to protect and put in a storage box or crate. This will help the longevity of the inflatable.

  • We recommend using a solvent free cleaning spray. Use either a soft or microfiber cloth to clean the Mirror Ball with. Ensure the cloth has nothing in that could scratch the material. If tape or vinyl has been added to the Mirror Ball, use a adhesive remover and remove lightly.

  • Minor damage like scratches and nicks can be repaired with clear tape. For damage to seams this can also be repaired with double sided tape and clear tape. Please note this is not a long term repair and may only works as a temporary solution. We recommend always checking while inflating to ensure the Mirror Ball is not over inflated.
